The Huntington airport is about an hour drive from Charleston but is an alternative option for flying, should you need one.

Our main room block is at the Embassy Suites downtown. It's very close to the welcome party venue and to the church. Please use the link below to book your room at our discounted rate. If you prefer to call, mention you are staying under the Logsdon Wedding Block. The cutoff to book at our rate is Thursday, November 13, 2025.

We have also booked a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn at Southridge. While this hotel is a little further from the welcome party venue and the church, it is closer to the reception location. If you wish to book a room under our block, call the number above and mention you are staying under the Grose-Logsdon Wedding Block. The last day to book under our rate is Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests from the church after the ceremony to the country club. The shuttle will then make trips between the country club, the Embassy Suites, and the Hampton Inn, approximately every 30-45 minutes. The final shuttle will leave the reception at 11pm.

The Embassy Suites does have a 10 person shuttle available that will drop off and pick up within a 5 mile radius. The shuttle is $5 per person per ride. The welcome party venue and the church for the ceremony are within this 5-mile radius; the reception venue is not.

Ride Shares
As Charleston is a smaller city, ride share options may not be as plentiful or reliable, especially with the many holiday season events happening this weekend. We would recommend booking Ubers or Lyfts ahead of time to ensure you are able to get a ride. Otherwise, please take advantage of the shuttle options we have arranged for the evening!
