Question

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00pm - the ceremony will take place at the mountain summit via chairlift and we need to allow time for all guests to arrive at the top. If you are uncomfortable taking the chairlift, please let us know and we will arrange a different ride for you!

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle details can be found in the "Travel" tab of the website.

Is there parking at Oak Mountain?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site, and guests are allowed to leave their car overnight if they plan to take the shuttle back into town after the reception or hop in with a DD.

Do I have to take the chairlift to the summit for the ceremony?

Answer

While we think it would be a whole lot of fun to take the chairlift, we understand not everyone will feel that way. Oak Mountain will provide rides for those who choose - just please let us know ahead of time!

Do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

Yes! We ask that all guests provide proof of vaccination/booster prior to the event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP says “and Guest,” then yes! We want our special day to be celebrated with only our closest friends & family. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that guests wear cocktail attire for our big day. Dresses & suit/tie are recommended!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. However we ask that we keep our wedding kid-free. Thank you for your understanding.
