Question

Will you have transportation to-and-from the venue?

Answer

YES! We will have a shuttle bus to take guests to-and-from the venue. The primary pick-up and drop-off location will be at the Courtyard Springfield Downtown, but the bus will be able to drop some guests off after the reception at AirBNBs in the area. If you are staying at an AirBNB, you can carpool to the venue, take the bus home, and then leave your car at the venue. Cars will need to be picked up by 10am the next morning at the venue! The bus will leave the hotel to head to the venue promptly at 3:45pm, and there will be two pick-up times after the reception - 10pm and 11pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is ideal! Guys can wear suits or dress pants with a button-down, and gals can wear a summery cocktail dress!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one, they will be listed on your invitation!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your child/children are invited, they will also be listed on the invitation!

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue, and we will also have a golf cart shuttle to bring guests up to the ceremony location. Guests are able to leave their vehicles in the parking lot overnight as well, as long as they are picked up by 10am the following morning!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), while the reception will be inside. Don't worry, we will try to get you in the A/C as soon as possible!

Will there be an open bar?

ABSOLUTELY! Everybody be ready to party!

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so we would recommend arriving to the venue no later than 4 to get your seat.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

We need to be out of the venue by 11pm, so we will have the sparkler exit just before then and ask guests to make their way home from there!

Question

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception from 5-6pm, where we will serve appetizers and drinks!

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask everyone to silence your phones and be present in the moment with us to eliminate any distractions. We will be sure to send photos once we get them from the photographer!

Will the bar I.D. me?

Answer

YES. Please remember to bring your I.D.!!!
