When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you could please have your answer to us as soon as possible, by May 15th at the latest! We understand that life happens and plans change—don't be afraid to reach out and let us know if something changes.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a link under the travel section that has our recommendations! We would also recommend checking out VRBO or Airbnb for rentals if you are staying in a group!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that unless you have been given a plus one on your invitation or talked to us separately, please do not bring a plus-one!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking for guests at Olympic View Golf Course. As for Hidden Pond for Brunch, there is parking at the top of the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Why does our Save the Date say June 6th

Answer

Due to us ordering our save the dates early- we didn’t get notice our venue was too small to accommodate our guest list for the reception! The biggest change is that the Reception is now Friday, June 5th at Olympic View Golf Club. The day after brunch is now going to be at Hidden Pond on Saturday June 6th! We encourage our guests to take the rest of weekend to explore Victoria (if they choose to!) We cannot wait to enjoy the weekend together in Emma’s hometown of Victoria! If you decide to stay until Sunday and want some recommendations for sight seeing in Victoria- please reach out and ask us!
