Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding is located in South Haven, MI, at an outdoor venue called Black Sheep Shelter. The venue is about 45 minutes from Berrien Springs, 55 minutes from Grand Rapids, and 15 minutes from downtown South Haven.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear what you like as long as it is wedding suitable! No need to be overly formal, unless you want to be!

What are we eating?

Answer

Our reception is being catered by Mizizi's. They are a fusion of East African and Latin American cuisines. You will have three options to choose from: tacos, a chapatti wrap, and a coconut curry pilau bowl. You will choose between chicken or a vegetarian option. Gluten free options will be available as well!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place in a large covered pavilion. We cannot predict Michigan weather, so make sure to look ahead so you can dress appropriately! We will have yard games, so make sure to bring shoes that don't sink into the ground!

What is the schedule for the day?

The ceremony will begin at 3 pm followed by a cocktail hour and reception.

Are plus ones and children able to attend?

Answer

We ask that only individuals listed on the invitations attend due to a strict venue capacity. Thank you for your understanding!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

We only have the space until 8pm. We will need to have all guests cleared out by 7:50 unless you would like to help clean up!
