What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm. Music performed by our string trio will begin at 2pm. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before and no later than 10 minutes to find your seats and get settled before we say 'I do'!

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re asking guests to dress in Formal Garden Party Attire! We would love for you to match the outdoor setting of the ceremony. Think elegant and polished with fun colors or florals added in to your wedding guest formal attire.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided our Wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you enjoy a fun evening with us!

Where to park?

Answer

Gervasi is home to many beautiful buildings, but you won’t need to drive far to reach the Pavilion. As you enter the property, look to the left for the main parking lot near The Marketplace and The Bistro. After you park, a Gervasi employee will be there to help direct guests to the Pavilion.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything, and we’ll share the pictures after!

What to do after the wedding?

Answer

The wedding celebration will conclude at 9:00 PM. Guests are welcome to continue the evening at The Still House on the Gervasi grounds, which is open until 10:00 PM. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we are only able to welcome guests whose names are listed on the invitation.
