The wedding will be in East London, South Africa and there are two ways to get there. You will have to fly into Cape Town and domestic transfer to East London OR fly into Johannesburg and domestic transfer to East London.
The airport codes are:
Cape Town: CPT
Johannesburg: JNB
East London: ELS
I recommend booking a roundtrip ticket from the states to either Cape Town or Johannesburg and booking your connecting domestic flight separately. I find it to be slightly cheaper this way. But you can always put East London as your final destination and compare.
