After moving into their apartment in December, Blake mentioned to Emma that there was a girl that lived here who was more "punchy" than Emma. Emma was antisocial and didn't want to make a new friend but Steph persisted. After realizing they had EVERYTHING in common, they became best friends.
Yaseen Owen
Best Man
Blake and Yaseen met in high school and were instantly best buddies and haven't ever looked back. Yaseen and Blake grew close when they got to know each others goofier sides and became great buddies who share the same sense of humor. Yaseen Lives in College Station and attends Texas A&M University.
Erin Halliday

When Emma first met her little cousin Erin, she was SO excited. To her disappointment, Erin was scared of Emma at first. She sat in front of the TV and would look over her shoulder to see if Emma was gone. When Emma left to go take a nap, she was woken up to Erin screaming at the top of her lungs trying to find Emma. Since then they have been inseparable. (Except for the big ocean that keeps them apart)
Jack Holroyd

Jack and Blake immediately hit it off together as they could talk about anything outdoors or trucks or anything in between. Jack and Blake have fished together and continue to try and "one-up" each other with fish or stories of fish. They are brothers through and through despite never knowing each other before Emma.
Becky Clarke
Bridesmaid
Becky and Emma went to elementary school together as well as Girl Scouts. Their mothers became best friends which forced Emma and Becky to be best friends. Being 2 of 3 red heads in the school they spent most of their time pranking people that they were sister. They grew up together until Becky moved to Australia. Her family came home every summer to visit and would stay for a month at a time. Emma's favorite memory of Becky is when she pierced Becky's ears after her mother said NO.
Stone Sherrod
Groomsman
Stone and Blake went to fire school together and became great friends due to being on the same "engine company". Since then they have kept up by shooting targets and attempting to shoot a coyote once or twice. Being only two of the three in their trio from fire school they seemed to get into a bit of trouble with the third.
Kendall Jenkins

Kendall and Emma were born a week apart and their parents lived on the same street, Growing up with Kendall was always an interesting time. They were always getting into trouble and doing crazy things. Our favorite thing to do was to go four wheeling and hanging out at the land.
Jordan Barrett
Groomsman
Jordan and Blake also went to fire school together and Jordan completes the trio of Stone, Blake and Jordan. They have kept in touch even though Jordan moved to San Antonio with his wife and baby girl. Even only knowing each other for a few years, they consider themselves the closest of friends.
Emily Hughes

Emily is Blake's sister but is the sister Emma never had! One of Emma's favorite things about Emily is how sarcastic and funny she is!
Brooks Van Ness

Brooks is Blake's cousin and they are 6 weeks apart in age but seem like they could be twins even with the size difference. Being separated by 2 states they can still meet up and pick up where they left off with years in between like it was only yesterday. Brooks and Blake are always getting into trouble or being too goofy to handle when they are together.
