What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up! Please come in your best Garden Party Formal attire. Floor length or midi dresses for girls. (Think spring colors/florals). Formal wear for guys, no jeans are permitted.

What is the shuttle bus schedule?

Answer

12:45 pm bus leaves hotels for the Ceremony 2:45 pm bus leaves Ceremony for Hotels 4:15 pm, 4:45 pm, & 5:15 pm bus leaves from hotels for the reception 10:30 pm, 11:00 pm, & 11:30 pm bus leaves reception for hotels *The hotel pick-up spot is outside of the Embassy Suites, Hilton (the Hotels are across the road from one another)* Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus/Dublin: 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, OH 43017

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 1:30 pm. Please arrive 20 minutes early to account for parking and seating. Please note that parking is limited in German Village, but free parking is offered on the side streets. If guests arrive later than 1:25 pm, you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

What if I arrive early to the Reception?

Answer

The Retreat 21 Taphouse will be open and serving guests on Saturday, May 2nd. Guests are welcome to go to the taphouse before cocktail hour starts at 5:00 pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and a cash/card bar from 10:00 pm to 10:45 pm. There will be Bride and Groom signature cocktails offered until they run out.

Is there parking at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Retreat 21. Please follow the driveway to the back, where the parking lot is located. Please note that the driveway is rocky, so block or thicker heels are recommended.

How do I RSVP? Deadline?

Answer

Go to the RSVP page and type one of the names listed on the invitation. Please RSVP to attend the Welcome Party and Reception. The RSVP deadline is Monday, March 2nd, 2026

Can I bring a Guest / Date?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, “Guest” is listed either on your invitation or when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your littleones! However, unless your kids are listed on your invitation or when you RSVP, this is an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate that you will not attend on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd, but find that you will not make it, please notify Emma or Austin immediately.
