Flight
Your closest London airport will be Stansted, but you can get to Old Hunstanton by public transit from any of the 3 major London airports (Stansted/Gatwick/Heathrow). Norwich Airport (NWI) is a geographically closer option, though tickets tend to be more expensive & travel time by public transit is equivalent to that from Stansted.
Train
You can explore train and bus routes with google maps as a first pass. You can verify your preferred train route using the Plan a Journey tool (https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/journey-planner/). You can buy a discounted advance ticket on that same website, but be aware that you will have to use that the ticket will only be valid for the date and train you reserved. As you will likely be travelling from London on a Wednesday or Thursday, buying your ticket once you arrive at the station should be safe. You can verify your preferred bus route using the Plan a Journey tool (https://www.lynxbus.co.uk/). You can buy these tickets from the driver using cash, contactless card, or Google/ApplePay.
Travel Note
Old Hunstanton and Hunstanton are very walkable towns. Wallis's in Heacham rents bicycles (http://www.aewallis.co.uk/). For information on buses between the coastal towns, see the map and timetables (https://lovenorfolk.co.uk/norfolk-coastliner-coasthopper/). Gig-based ride-share services are not generally available in the Hunstanton area.
Travel Note
Car rentals are available at the end of the train line from London in King's Lynn. They are also available in Norwich if you choose to fly there, or directly at the London airports. If you plan to rent in King's Lynn but prefer to drive automatic, consider renting in advance online.
Travel Note
Most places are small, so rather than reserve a hotel block we hope to provide you with a non-exhaustive index of nearby accommodation options. We include distance for those who won't have or be renting a car, in case you plan to arrive to Old Hunstanton bus stop and plan on walking to/from the wedding and reception. Gig ride-share services are not usually available, but we can probably arrange some on-the-fly carpool.
