Maid of Honor
Being born two days apart, I have known Laura my entire life and have spent many years celebrating birthdays together. As Laura keeps moving around the country, I will keep visiting (so far her moving has taken me to New York City, Chapel Hill, NC, and Sacramento). If you want a friend who is loyal and always willing to be the life of the party - Laura is your gal.
Best Man
Alex has been my best friend and brother ever since he was born. We shared a bedroom for 25 years and did everything together, from playing outside, video games, Pokemon battles, and extremely competitive downstairs basketball and mini hockey games. I don't think we will ever stop doing any of those things together as long we live. He's been the best brother that I could ever have asked for.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I met freshman year of college in Frontier Hall and have (almost) been roommates ever since. Sarah has witnessed first hand from the first time I met Andy to coming home telling her we are engaged (and everything in between). If you want a friend who is hardworking and always willing to go to McDonald’s - Sarah is your gal!
Groomsman
Ryne and I met on our very first day of college orientation at Augsburg, and we've been best friends ever since. We have done everything together, including being roommates for almost the entire time we've known each other. Ryne has been there for me the last 8 years throughout any tough situation I've been in. We've been through a lot together, and no doubt we'll be playing vids and eating taco bell for years and years to come.
Bridesmaid
Taylor and I went to the same preschool and church through elementary school and then were reintroduced by Sarah freshman year at the U. If you want a friend who is equal parts funny and equal parts wise - Taylor is your gal!
Groomsman
Ty and I first met in 2012 when I joined the Augsburg Basketball team. Even though Ty was a senior and I was a freshman, we quickly became best friends sharing the love of Auggie Basketball, Canterbury Park horse racing, tennis, Twins games, football games at Bdubs, and really all things sports. We've been there for each other for a lot of tough times but also for a lot of great times. It was an honor to get to wear the Auggie #4 in honor of the Big Tweez himself.
Bridesmaid
Ashley (McDonald) Christopherson was too many characters to fit above.... but anyway, Ashley was my assigned buddy when starting at a new school in 8th grade. It was just as true then as it is now, she is warm and welcoming, a loyal friend. If you want a friend who laughs at all your jokes and gets excited for anything in your life - Ashley is your gal!
Groomsman
After meeting Ryne, I was introduced to the Rum River Bandits summer baseball team in 2013, where Eric and I first met. It didn't take long for Eric and I to become best friends, as we quickly found out how much we had in common. Eric has been a loyal friend and fierce competitor when it comes to ping pong and Mario baseball on the GameCube. Maybe someday I will learn from the master himself all there is to know about the art of the ping pong backhand slam shot.
Bridesmaid
Ashley and I know each other through Andy (of course) and before even meeting Andy’s family, it was evident how important they all were in his life. If you want a friend who is also family- Ashley is your gal!
Groomsman
Tim and I also met through the Rum River Baseball team back in 2013. Apart from baseball though, Tim and I quickly discovered how much we had in common sharing the same love for Nintendo, Xbox, star wars, ping pong, and waiting in line for Raising Canes. We soon started enjoying game nights together with all the guys. No doubt game nights will forever be a thing as long as it's possible!
Bridesmaid
Becca and I met during orientation before freshman year started. I was thrilled when Becca asked for my number but then she never texted me and I thought we’ll there goes the first friend I thought I’d have starting at the U. Finally after a couple weeks into first semester, Becca texted me. There is no way we would have made it through the first couple years of engineering classes without each other. If you want a friend who is always quick with a joke and willing to eat good food - Becca is your gal.
Groomsman
My cousin Josh and I have been close friends battling it out in hockey, video games, and darts whenever we get together for family gatherings. Josh and I got the chance to get even closer as we played summer baseball together with the Rum River Bandits, and became roommates when Josh moved into my house in 2020.
