Beautiful area to walk around year round. Great for dog walkies too! Be sure to check out the placards describing the trees from all over the world!
Boston Marathon Finish Line
Check out where Emma finished her (virtual) Boston Marathon back in 2020! Right across the street from the BPL where we'll be getting married!
Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
A Boston favorite - Isabella Gardner's home was made into a museum to display her impressive collection of European, American and Asian art, including sculpture, paintings, furniture, ceramics and textiles. You can also stroll or rest in the beautiful, skylit courtyard!
Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar
One of Emma and Alex's favorite spots in Southie. 10/10 recommend the margs & guac!
Boston's North End
For a cute historic walk, stroll through the beautiful North End and treat yourself to some cannolis (Mike's vs Modern?!)
Downeast Cider House
Right down the street from Alex & Chase's old Eastie apartment - their tap room is super cute & the cider is delish! Also, the cider was founded by Bates grads!

Newport
The Jarczyks have a home in Middletown, RI (right next to Newport). If you're on the east coast for more than just the weekend, you should take the trip down to Newport! It is about an 1.5 hour drive from Boston. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and lots to do!
