When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 31st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at Caras Park Pavilion 15 to 20 minutes early.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. Think sundresses, button-downs, and nice trousers. The brighter the colors, the better! Wear your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date? Are kids allowed?

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate the plus ones and children listed on your wedding invitation (also listed on the RSVP page of this website) Please reach out to Alex or Emma with any questions or concerns regarding this. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Downtown. Please check the Flights and Hotels page on our website. We suggest booking a hotel room or VRBO near downtown Missoula, as all wedding weekend festivities are in that area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include any allergies when you RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of parking options around the venue. There is a parking lot on the west side of the venue on Carousel Drive and another on the east side on South Pattee Street.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Your dancing shoes! Seriously. Also - the venue is a mix of grass and concrete, so choose your footwear accordingly.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry for our Honeymoon Fund.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, and the reception is inside the Caras Park Pavilion. Be prepared for all types of weather!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with beer and wine. Please bring cash to tip your bartenders!
