3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Attendant dresses and guest attire should be modest in nature befitting the sacred character of the celebration in the Church. Below we have outlined what this means to the Church, and we kindly request that all guests respect our wishes for reverent attendance befitting this grand occasion.
Dresses that expose the back or waist, low-plunging necklines showing cleavage, bare mid-drifts, strapless, spaghetti straps, single straps, off-the-shoulder, side-less, and low or backless attire are inappropriate for the Nuptial Mass Ceremony. Women and girls may wear dresses or skirts up to 4 inches above the knee and completely appropriate when sitting or standing. Women and girls may cover their heads with veils or chapel mantillas, but are not required. Men should wear collared, button-up shirts and clean dress pants. Ties and coats are not required but are certainly appropriate and appreciated given the reverent nature of the ceremony. Head gear including but not limited to cowboy hats and caps will not be permitted within the Church.
5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
We'll be country two-stepping the night away as we celebrate the union of Emma and Aidan, so this is your chance to break out your dancing boots and cowboy hats! If you plan to join us on the dance floor and your ceremony attire is not conducive to dancing, a second outfit and/or change of shoes is recommended, but not required.
