Ashton Lodge at Henry's Fork

Accomodations are provided for everyone invited to the Elopement weekend at the Ashton Lodge. The type of room resevred for you is included in your invitation. The nearest accomodations (motels, cabins) are in Ashton (10 minutes) and hotels in Rexburg (30 minutes). Please notify Randy (by phone at 970-373-9897) ONLY if you do NOT plan to stay at Ashton Lodge by April 1.

Flight

Idaho Fall Regional Airport

Idaho Falls Regional Airport is about 1 hour from the Ashton Lodge. There are usually only a few flights in per day, and we will help arrange transportation from the airport to the lodge, as many guests will likely be on these flights. We will ensure time to stop at local stores for drinks and any other needs when picking guests up from the airport. There are car rentals as well, should you choose that option! We will be picking people up starting after 1pm and try to coordinate two trips - an earlier trip around 1 or 2 and a later trip around 4 to pick up groups. The Welcome Party is scheduled for 6:00pm so we are asking guests to fly in by 4:00pm to allow for time to get to Ashton and settled. You can choose to arrive earlier to Idaho Falls airport however we will likely stick to two afternoon airport pickups! Best (and only) Flight Options for Friday August 14th: 1) Delta arriving at 1:06pm 2) United arriving at 1:24pm 3) American arriving at 1:44pm 4) United arriving at 3:29pm 5) Delta arriving at 10:39pm Please notify Randy (by phone at 970-373-9897) of your flight plan if you would like transportion to/from the airport and the Ashton Lodge. Please do so by May 1, 2026 (if possible), otherwise please do so by July 1, 2026.
