Return Shuttle

Return shuttles are available to all guests, but space is limited. Drop-off locations are downtown Sisters and Black Butte Ranch. The final shuttle to Sisters will depart at 10:30 p.m. The remaining shuttles will be headed to Black Butte only. Please be mindful of your RSVP and correctly indicate whether you plan to utilize this service so that our lovely drivers can plan accordingly.

Parking is located right across the road from the property, with directional signs to guide you to the lot. We recommend dropping off guests in heels before parking, as there is a short walk from the lot to the entrance.

Please arrive no earlier than 3:45pm no later than 4:15pm.

Wedding Dress Code

Semi-formal attire is requested. Suits may be worn as separates; ties are optional. Be mindful of our desert venue when selecting footwear—women, opt for block heels or flats; men, dress shoes or boots. Expect some uneven terrain and gravel. It may be chilly at night, so bring an extra layer.

Help us celebrate our wedding eve! All guests are invited and encouraged to stop by. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a non-hosted bar. The kitchen will remain open for guests who want to order off the menu.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Dinner will be wood-fired pizza. There will be a gluten-free crust available; however, all of the food is cooked in the same kitchen, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.
