What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire encouraged — dress up with us! As the celebration will take place on the San Francisco Bay, we recommend bringing a layer for the evening and keeping the waterfront breeze in mind. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory.

Where does the wedding take place?

The ceremony and reception will take place aboard the Empress yacht departing from Pier 40 in San Francisco.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the dock 15–20 minutes before departure to allow time for boarding. The boat will depart promptly.

What happens if I arrive late?

Answer

Once the yacht departs, we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals, so please plan to arrive early.

What should I know about the weather?

Answer

San Francisco weather can be cool, especially on the water. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable.

What if I’m prone to motion sickness?

Answer

If you’re sensitive to motion, we recommend taking any preferred remedies before boarding. The yacht will cruise smoothly, and guests are welcome to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces.

We’ll be hosting an after-party on the rooftop at Hotel Via following the wedding.

Parking is available in the area near Oracle Park. We recommend using a parking garage or rideshare if possible.

Due to limited space aboard the yacht, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.
