We're Getting Married!

We meet a little over 13 years ago when our families came together to celebrate and worship God. Over the years our families grew very close, but it wasn't until the fall of 2015 that we began to connect. Casual conversations led us to discover our similarities and shared interests. In February 2016 we went on our first date. Unfortunately, our attempt at a relationship crashed and burned before it even began, but we couldn't stay away from each other for very long and we reconnected again during the summer of 2016. On September 24th, 2016 we went on another "first" date, and ever since then we have been inseparable. In the first 9 months, we were in a long-distance relationship, approximately 2 hours away from each other. But a change in a career path for Emma led her to return home while continuing school, minimizing the distance to only 30 minutes. Before long we started talking about a future together and couldn't imagine a life without one another. On December 13th, 2019, Westin proposed. We are both very excited to continue our journey together and see what God has planned for our future. We hope that all our friends and family can join us on May 30th, 2021 to help us celebrate!
