Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the University Chapel can be limited - if driving to the ceremony please give yourself plenty of time to get parked as it can be very busy in the West End on a Saturday. You can use The Pearce Lodge Gate on University Avenue for access to onsite parking. There are also plenty of black cabs or private hire taxis available in Glasgow. Alternatively, the University Chapel is a short walk from the nearest subway station at Hillhead. For those staying at Dumfries House on the Friday night a coach will be available to transport you to and from the ceremony - please just let us know in advance! For the reception - there's plenty of parking available at Dumfries House.
