Black tie optional; drama encouraged. In other words… if it makes you happy to dress to the nines, please do! Full glam, sequins, jewels, feathers—go for it. If not, please dress however you’d like! We’re just excited to celebrate with you.
Please let us know! Text the bride or groom with your requests by August 30th and we will ensure accommodations.
We have reserved some hotel blocks for our beloved friends and family visiting NYC from afar! These can be found in the Travel section of our website. If you'd prefer to choose a different accommodation, we recommend staying in Manhattan, and we suggest staying somewhere within walking distance of The University Club (in the Midtown / Rockefeller Center area). Traffic can be quite tricky in NYC, and our public transportation is not everybody's idea of a good time. This neighborhood has tons to offer for visitors, including museums, theatre, and beautiful Art Deco buildings.
New York is a big walking city! For farther distances, we recommend taking yellow cabs or using apps like Uber and Lyft. Yellow cabs are usually less expensive than car services, but can be tough to find depending on the time of day or location. If you're on the adventurous side, the train is a good option, but be aware it's not quite as clean and dignified as the London Underground!
Your presence is the present! We do not expect or require gifts. That being said, we are working on some options for our generous friends and family who would like to give us a gift. Watch this space for more!
Yes! There is a private restroom on the 7th floor. We will make sure there is adequate signage pointing the way!
