Catie is Emma's sister-in-law, and as far as Emma's concerned marrying Catie is the best thing George has ever done. Catie and Emma became fast friends. They've had the pleasure of living in the same apartment building in Charlottesville and are now finally living in the same city! Right now Catie is being an amazing dog Mom in Richmond while also advocating for equitable access to literacy, exploring local plant shops, and being the best school mascot Emma's ever seen.

Emma and Josiah are quick to call her every time they need advice and she always finds the time to talk despite being busy as a pediatric dentist, mom to Axil and Asaiah, and new business owner.

Andrew met Emma in medical school at EVMS. They became fast friends and enjoyed movie-sushi nights, celebrating after all the big exams, yoga classes, sharing at least 15 instagram memes per day, and always being honest with each other about the hard things. You can find Andrew now living in NYC as he completes with Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship while being the best dog dad and exploring all of the best parts of New York and Philly with his husband, Tuan.

Ariel is Emma's oldest friend after meeting at age 3. Ariel and Emma have been softball teammates, Girl Scout troop members, attended their first concert together, and have co-starred in multiple home videos. Currently Ariel is living in Puerto Rico, using her PhD working for NASA, surfing, and learning Spanish.

Jessica met Emma at William & Mary where they bonded over early mornings at practice as members of the Rowing Team. Jessica has always been Emma's biggest cheerleader and supported her through some of her biggest decisions. Jessica is currently living in the Richmond and working as an accountant. Emma is thrilled to be back in the same city as Jessica so they can get back to late wine nights listening to bad music, SVU marathons, and making new memories.
