Brycen & Emma

FAQs

Question

What is the best way to contact the couple?

Answer

If you have any questions or want to contact us please email brycenemmaleewedding@gmail.com

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 11, 2026. If we haven’t heard from you by that date, we’ll unfortunately have to take it as a “no” so we can wrap up the final details with our vendors. Thank you so much for letting us know either way!

Question

How do I RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP using the "rsvp" tab on our website! If you have problems or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! Once you type in your name, all guests associated with your party will show up.

Question

Can I bring a +1 to the wedding?

Answer

We’re keeping the guest list intimate so we’re only able to accomodate those listed on the invitation. If you received a +1, they will be listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding, we cant wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

We love children but we’ve decided to make it an adults-only event. We truly hope this allows all our guests to enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. The ceremony will take place at the Nalea Terrace (outdoors) and the reception will be held at the Regency Ballroom (indoors) which is across the street from the hotel

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, aloha shirts and aloha attire are welcome! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white — we want Emma to stand out on her big day! Our wedding party will be wearing prints from the Manuheali'i Ākulikuli Collection so we kindly ask that you avoid that print as well. We are so excited to see you all dressed up!

Question

Will there be a hotel room block?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at The Hyatt Regency Waikiki for our guests. You can book your own room at our special rate, which is likely lower than the standard online pricing. If you’d like to reserve one, please contact us early for the booking link to secure your spot! Our rate must be booked by June 11, 2026 (one month prior to the wedding).

Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony (4:30 pm) to allow for enough time to park the car, and find your seat prior to the start of the ceremony

Question

Will dinner and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be enjoying a buffet-style dinner during the reception. Each guest will also be treated to a couple of drinks on us, with a cash bar available as well. If you plan on enjoying alcoholic beverages, please make transportation arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate safely with us!
