Emma's best friend for the last 12 years, Allison easily falls into the role of Maid of Honour. Meeting at Amy Bridle's acting class one summer, Allison showed up on the back of a motorcycle and has been by Emma's side ever since. After working together for HUB in grade 9, running student parliament and various clubs together in high school, surviving living in different provinces and a life time of adventures and travel, there is no one better to stand beside her on this day.

The one we all turn to for a good laugh, a little encouragement and to remember every date, detail and event. Emma met Alex in York's University's Acting Conservatory. She lived with Alex for two years at York, then convinced her to move to Muskoka for a summer leading to an incredible love for one another. Whether dancing to the Hamilton soundtrack or simply joking and drinking wine- Alex is a friend for life and Emma is so excited to have her standing beside her and Ben on this special day!
Jenna Hoehner

Jenna and Emma met through work and she is so glad that Jenna has become such a huge part of her life. Travelling together and forever forgetting her age, Emma is so grateful for the adventures they have had. Jenna's wisdom is far beyond her years and someone who Emma never questions she can turn to for advice in life & fashion as well as a good time. Emma can't wait to have her there on the BIG DAY!
Ali Mulligan

Okay, so she was Ben's bestie first. But Emma's calling Dibs now. Ali has welcomed Emma into their wild friend group since day one. She so quickly became a go-to support and dear friend. Her generosity, quick wit, wine drinking skills and true friendship is like no other. Plus she makes a killer Caesar. Emma is so grateful to have inherited her into her life and can't think of a better person to stand beside both her and Ben on their wedding day.
Cassidy Furman

Meeting within the first 10 minutes of stepping onto the York University campus, Cassidy has been the most sympathetic and understanding friend over their 7 year friendship. Don't let her good looks and model height fool you, Cassidy is sure to be the one making everyone laugh or "dropping it low" on the big day. You may also find her raiding whatever candy she can find. Her loyalty is like no other and she is so loved by Emma who can't wait to have her towering over her on the special day.
Kurt Browne
Best Man
Kurt, a.k.a. Browne Bear, a.k.a. Kurteous, is one of Ben's best buds and has been one of his closest friends since they met in high school. Kurt and Ben started their bro-mance in 2006 when they traveled to Europe for a high school trip. Since then, they have been on road trips across much of Ontario (including up north to Thunder Bay), out to British Columbia, ventured through Asia, and have gotten in some dangerous, sticky situations that Ben refuses to explain to his mother. Kurt is the epitome of friendship and Ben couldn't be more pleased to have him as his Best Man on his wedding day.
Brodie Cain

Brodie and Ben met at BMLSS and began a friendship that started with sneaking around Bracebridge getting up to shenanigans, and has transformed into a friendship that Ben couldn't do without. Brodie is an incredibly generous friend, is blessed with completely unfair good looks, has an infectious personality, and is always the life of the party. We all pray that "Bad Brodie" a.k.a. "Walter" doesn't come out to play until the after party on the wedding night.
Riley Mulligan
Groomsman
Riley is another dear friend of Ben's. Keeping with the trend, Riley and Ben became close friends in high school, and has continued to be until the present time. Riley and his wife Ali, have always been there for Ben, and have seen him make many mistakes until he decided to marry Emma. Riley may have his PhD, but throwing the word "volcaniclastic"arbitrarily in the middle of a conversation doesn't mean he knows what he's talking about. Be careful, my friends.
Jesse Grimstead
Groomsman
Jesse is Ben's "middle" brother between him and Andrew. Jesse isn't a groomsman because he's Ben's favourite brother, he just needed to give him a role after asking his much more charismatic brother, Andrew to be the MC for the wedding festivities. All kidding aside, Jesse has been a hugely positive influence in Ben's life, and is always up for a "bronversation" when the phone rings. He is honoured to have him stand with him on the big day!
