We met at church when we were kids, long before we understood just how much God was shaping our story. At the time, we were simply two young people growing up in the same faith community. I was more on the quiet side, often with my two older sisters, while Carlos was more involved and outgoing. One day, Carlos reached out and invited me to spend time with other kids from our church, and that small act of kindness became the beginning of our friendship. As the years passed, our friendship grew, and so did our love. Through every season, God remained at the center of our relationship—guiding us from friendship, to dating, and now to engagement. Looking back, we can clearly see His hand in bringing us together and sustaining us along the way. We are grateful for God’s faithfulness and are so excited to begin this new journey as one, grounded in love, faith, and His purpose. Thank you for being a part of the beginning of our forever.
