Guests should arrive at Cincinnati Art Museum between 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM on Saturday, May 10. Those who arrive after 5:15 PM will be asked to wait near the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
There will be a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel. The shuttle will pick up from The Lytle Park Hotel on Pike St. around 4:50 PM. The same shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotel from the reception.
Plenty of free parking is available at Cincinnati Art Museum. If you choose to Uber home from the reception, you may leave your car until 11:00 AM on Sunday, May 11th.
The dress code for our wedding is Formal. We recommend that men wear a suit with a tie and women wear a formal dress (ladies - colorful dresses encouraged)! Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so plan accordingly. Recommendations: Men: A suit, dress shirt, and tie. Women: A formal dress (colors encouraged).
Although we love your little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the courtyard, and the reception will be inside. All events will be held at the Cincinnati Art Museum.
If you require accommodation, we recommend booking a room at The Lytle Park Hotel or the Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown/The Phelps. Both of these hotels are 4 minutes from the Cincinnati Art Museum. A shuttle will be picking up guests in this area. Please refer to the hotel tab for more information.
