We recognize not everyone can travel to AZ over the holiday season. We would love for you to join us in a Minnesota celebration! Planning for early 2026 - details coming soon!!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will take place in beautiful Arizona in December—expect sunshine (60s-70s) with a chance of a chill (40s) once the sun goes down. That said, our Minnesotan guests might call it perfect weather! Our dress code is semi-formal. For women this means cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, dress slacks with a button-down shirt is perfect! Blazers, suits, and ties are optional, but encouraged if you want to dress up! Please no jeans.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, but all vehicles must be moved by 10 am the next day. As a reminder, we will be providing shuttles to and from the venue and hotel on the day of the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block at two hotels, which are in the same parking lot. However, please feel free to book a different hotel or Airbnb if you would like. If you would like to book within our hotel block, please see the "travel" tab for more info.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, both will take place at The Willow with a cocktail hour in between.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! :) Please remember to drink responsibly and plan ahead. Due to our venue's remote location, Uber/Lyft is not an option. We will provide transportation back to the hotel, and you can leave your car at the venue overnight if needed.
