Our Story
Emily and Cameron grew up in the same area, going to many of the same places; Emily even played basketball tournaments at Cameron's high school. Despite sharing the same stomping grounds, their lives had not yet been brought together. Emily and Cameron met online in March of 2020, however, due to the pandemic they did not meet in person until June 11. Looking back, they cherish this three month period because they got to learn each other's story and the heart of the person behind the pictures. Their first date felt like meeting someone you've known your entire life for the first time.
Cameron asked Emily to go steady on June 28 and again on July 3 when Emily finally said yes :) They continued to love, grow, and serve together and celebrated their engagement on June 7, 2024.
We are so thankful that God brought our lives together! We both love each other's family and are excited for this next chapter of our lives together as we begin the story of our family.
