Zoe and Emily met freshman year of college at UC Santa Barbara and have remained best friends since. Whether it was during long road trips from Santa Barbara to the Bay Area or hanging in Isla Vista and getting sushi and beer, Emily and Zoe had deep conversations and connected over philosophical topics and positive psychology. Since meeting in 2005, Emily and Zoe have consistently pursued adventures together, from music festivals like OutsideLands and BottleRock, to more recently traveling to Miami to soak up the sun. Their spiritual bond is inseparable, and since Zoe and Emily have been through so many stages of life together, Zoe is over the moon about celebrating Emily’s union to Eric and the love they have found for one another.

Emily and I met over a decade ago at a college house party while attending UC Santa Barbara and we have been best friends ever since. There is nothing that would have made my college experience more complete than having met Emily. We shared memories that I will remember for the rest of my life from trying on each other’s clothes to going to concerts together and day drinking on the beach of Santa Barbara. Emily is an intelligent beautiful human being who is the type of best friend that will always have your back, accepting you at your worst without judgment. I am so happy for Emily and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for her. I can’t wait to celebrate with you on your big day. Congratulations on your wedding Emily and Eric!

Eric is a true man's man who is always down for the most savage adventures. A sampling of my fondest memories w/ the 'bushes... Climbing Mt. Fitz Roy in Patagonia during a massive blizzard; being swept out into the frigid pacific ocean during our Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon swim in 2013; a multitude of scars (mental and physical) over several 100+ mile cycling adventures; entertaining my bachelor party with his uncanny ability to memorize the most obscure Bay Area rap songs; scuba diving among shipwrecks in Brazil w/ a reality TV show celebrity named Cappy; eating the finest steaks in Buenos Aires for New Years; and of course backpacking through the pristine Trinity Alps where he proposed to is bride to be Emily during a somewhat concerning and not insignificant wildfire!! Go 95B!!!!!

Michelle is a green tech marketing professional who met Emily in line before a Giants game at AT&T park about 7 years ago. The two hit it off instantly and related as women in business, fun hikes and nights out, and plenty of gal pal time (lucky for these two, they're neighbors in the beautiful Marina District, San Francisco!).

It was a clear black night, a clear white moon, on the evening I met the man, myth, the legend, Mr. Bushes; at a most famous local eatery in the world-renowned city of San Francisco between the years of 2008-2009, respectively. We both had just placed in one of our many races, accolades abound! Immediately hitting it off, we bonded over his many years of schooling at our alma mater, unique knowledge of MS Office, and love of the literary arts native to the bay. And thus, two youthful road-dogs became weekend warrior compadres, occasionally imbibing but always lit! Never a dull moment, just ask the ride-or-die gang… He has a heart of a lion, dreams of a clydesdale, and climbs like a goat. Congrats E^2 looking forward to more crazy adventures (i.e. crick walks)

Sean met Eric back in 2002 when he was keeping it Gansta. Over breakfast burritos at Franks Sean noticed the white beater, the big chain, the baggy shorts, and the sweet sounds that came out of his tinted and lowered Honda and Sean knew this would be a longtime friendship. Even after Eric’s additional responsibilities force him to spread his time thin, like butter on toast, they have still been able to keep the relationship going strong. Sean is Married to Christine and they have 2 kids with 1 more due 5 weeks after the wedding. Sean has always thought of Eric as his first child; making sure that Eric didn’t get lost, clearing the cage, helping him to fall asleep, & of course potty training. Sean is so proud to see that he is finally all grown up and is now Emily’s responsibility.
