Absolutely, and we would really appreciate it! As soon as you know whether you’ll be able to celebrate with us, please feel free to send in your RSVP. Early responses (especially if you can’t make it) are incredibly helpful as we finalize seating, transportation, and all the little details.
Rideshare services (i.e. Uber, Lyft) are *not* available in the area. We will provide transportation to and from the venue with stops at the three hotels listed on the Travel page. Car rental services are available at Albany Airport.
For guests staying at the three hotels listed on our Travel page, shuttle transportation will be provided throughout the wedding evening, including transportation to and from the reception and the after party. We kindly ask guests to arrange transportation for the wedding ceremony and other weekend events, as well as for any stays outside of our listed hotels. Shuttle pick up schedules will be available as the date approaches.
Guests will have about an hour and a half between the ceremony and reception. To keep things smooth and stress-free, we suggest staying close to your hotel so you’re able to hop on the shuttles when they begin. Lost Marble Brewing Co. is next to the Hampton Inn, and is a great spot for a quick drink before catching the shuttle. Shuttle details coming soon!
Parking is limited at the venue. Please utilize the shuttling services if you are staying at one of the three nearby hotels. Shuttling logistics will be shared as the event gets closer!
Cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.
