Wedding Day Shuttle Information

Answer

Before the ceremony, shuttles will pick up guests at the following locations: 3:00pm - Courtyard Marriott Annapolis 3:15pm - Downtown Annapolis - Near Annapolis Waterfront Hotel/Pusser's Caribbean Grille 3:30pm - Doubletree by Hilton After the reception, shuttles will leave the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club at 10:00pm and drop guests off at the following locations: - Courtyard Marriott Annapolis - Doubletree by Hilton - Metropolitan Kitchen and Lounge (Downtown Annapolis)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible after receiving your formal invitation. However, the deadline to RSVP is September 19th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we can not make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'No'.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any additional guests unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the waterfront, so please dress accordingly. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.

Are there Ubers/Lyfts available in the area?

Answer

Guest should have no trouble reserving an uber from Annapolis to Kent Island for the wedding ceremony and reception. It may be difficult to find an uber leaving Kent Island and returning to Annapolis at the end of the night. We recommend utilizing the shuttles that will be offered!

Is there parking available for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has plenty of parking available for guests who chose to drive to the venue.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding child-free. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away any phones or cameras during the ceremony. We would love for you to be present in the moment and will have photographers and videographers capturing the ceremony for us. Thank you!
