FAQs

Question

When/how should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1, 2026 so we can give our venue and caterer our headcount. Visit the RSVP tab on this website to let us know if you will be attending.

Question

The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm - when should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail or semi-formal attire! We ask that you please avoid wearing white/shades of white (white dress shirts are okay). Keep in mind that our wedding is in the summer in southern California - even though we will be at a higher elevation, we are still expecting it to be a warm afternoon and evening.

Question

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and bar will be outside, and dinner will be inside the barn. Once the barn opens after cocktail hour, you will be free to move inside or outside as you please. If you are planning to wear high heels, keep in mind that the ceremony area is grassy/cobblestoned and there are stairs between levels of the outdoor space, so be sure that you can walk around (and dance!) comfortably.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. If you are traveling with friends or family, we highly encourage you to carpool to the venue to ensure we have enough parking spots for everyone.

Question

Will there be a vegetarian/gluten-free option for dinner?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegetarian and gluten-free options available at dinner. If you have additional food allergies, please let us know through the prompt in your RSVP.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We are providing an open bar for all (21+) guests to enjoy on us! We will have beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails available, as well as mocktails for everybody to sip on as we celebrate. (Please do not bring your own alcohol, there will be plenty to go around!)

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

All invited guests are listed by name in the RSVP section. Due to venue and catering restraints, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones who are not specifically listed in the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

How should I get around in Lake Arrowhead?

Answer

There are 2 bus routes that operate in Lake Arrowhead free for riders, but they do not run very frequently. There is also a bus down into San Bernardino that runs 4 times per day. These are the 2, 4, and 6 RIM routes of the Mountain Transit Authority (https://www.mountaintransit.org/routes/rim-route-2/). Alternatively, there are a few taxi services that operate around Lake Arrowhead, or you can rent a personal car.

Question

All the pictures are in the snow - will this be a snowy wedding???

Answer

Nope! Lake Arrowhead has an average high of 84°F and low of 58°F for July 18. Our engagement photos were taken at a snowier time in a snowier place.
