Lodging: With so many people living in Chicago or having family in Chicago, we've decided to forgo room blocks. For those that would like to stay at a hotel near the reception and optional Saturday events, we've recommended three hotels below. Plenty of Airbnbs are available in the area as well! Travel: There are two major airports in Chicago: O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport. For those flying American, United, Southwest, or Delta, we recommend flying into O'Hare airport and taking an Uber/Lyft or the CTA Blue Line to the Damen stop. For those flying Southwest, Delta, Allegiant, Volaris, or Porter, you can fly into Midway and Uber or take the CTA Orange line to Clark/Lake, transfer to the Blue Line, and take the Blue Line north to the Damen stop. When in doubt, follow google maps.

This is right in the heart of Wicker Park, and quite literally steps from the blue line for anyone coming in from O'Hare Airport. You'll need to take an Uber to the reception, but you'll be able to walk to the optional Saturday events.

This is a brand new Hyatt Hotel right off I-90/I-94 and a short walk from everything in Wicker Park. You'll need to take an Uber to the reception, and the Saturday events will be about a 15 minute walk from Hyatt.

Brand new hotel in more of a commercial strip of Bucktown. You'll need to take an Uber to the reception and optional Saturday events, but it's across the street from a Chick-fil-A, holla holla!

The reception and Saturday events will be in Logan Square (Armitage and Humboldt) and Wicker Park (North/Milwaukee/Damen), which is where some of the best restaurants, bars, and parks on the northwest side of Chicago are located. Airbnbs are a plenty if you'd prefer to go that route over a hotel, we just recommend looking in the Logan Square/Wicker Park area.
