Can I Bring My Children?

We love your children and they are more than welcome to attend our ceremony and reception! Please let us know in the RSVP Section if they will be attending and how many. We hope our wedding will be a joyful celebration for everyone with the dance floor bumping all night long, so we also understand if you want to make it a well-deserved parents only date night.

Where Are You Registered?
Answer
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day, and we appreciate that so many have travelled to bless us with their presence. As such, we have not created a registry. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon.

Where Should I Park My Car?
Answer
The closest available parking for our guests is at Stadium Car Park (University of Alberta) 116 Street 89 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2W3. The parking garage does require a small payment.

What Kind of Food Will Be Served?
Answer
We are planning to do a buffet style with a choice of three entrees (chicken, beef, fish). We will also be providing a late night (10:00 PM) snack of Mac & Cheese!

We would love to see you all in your formal wear and please save white/pale colours for the bride! The wedding party will be wearing sage and beige.

Am I Allowed to Take Photos at Your Wedding?
Answer
We respectfully ask that you do not take photos during the actual ceremony, as we want this to be an intimate experience for all involved. However, we would love to see your photos from the remainder of the evening! Don't forget to use our hashtag #emilygotshammed2025
