Please RSVP by April 1st, 2023
If you're still planning to attend please RSVP asap and check in with the bride and groom.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 (so we have plenty of time for dancing) so we recommend arriving to Loloma Lodge at 4:00 pm for welcome drinks to give you plenty of time to get comfy and find the ceremony site.
Yes of course! Please see our Travel Section on our website.
Yes, there is plenty of parking located at Loloma Lodge. We will also have shuttle provided for Horse Creek, Belknap Hot Springs, Inn at the Bridge, and Log Cabin Inn. If you are staying at one of these places and would like a shuttle please reach out to the bride and groom with the headcount of your group! The shuttles will arrive at your hotel/lodge around 3:30/3:45pm.
We've hired a lovely photographer and videographer (Wanderkings!) to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using electronics (and silence them) until cocktail hour right after the ceremony! Feel free to capture your photos of everything prior to the ceremony! But once you see our officiant, it's time to put them away. We'll remind folks before we start as well.
Yes - cocktail attire. We will mostly be on hard gravel, some grass, and pavement and keep in mind it gets a little chilly at night. We suggest bringing an extra top layer or coat in case it's cold or rainy.
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family/or our wedding party. If this would prevent you from joining us, please reach out and we can try to accommodate you. For any close friends or family members, please let us know if you intend on bringing your kiddos so we can evaluate guest count.
We'll be hosting a lovely grazing table, appetizers, and entrees with both animal protein, vegan, and vegetarian options family-style. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or questions please reach out.
Rain is a possibility! Our ceremony will be outside rain or shine, and our reception will be in a covered area if the weather is supposed to be rainy. Please keep an eye on the weather and think about bringing layers!
Yes! We have welcome drinks on both Friday and Saturday night, as well as a Sunday Brunch. Check out our schedule and make sure to RSVP for those events as well!
Yes! Check the travel section for more info.
Bring clothes that will keep you warm in case it's cold and dry in case it's raining. We'll be spending as much time outside as possible including during the days and late nights by the campfire, under the stars. The ceremony will be outside, rain or shine. Please take care of yourself and bring whatever you need to be comfortable and have fun!
