We are asking all of our guests to please dress in formal / black-tie attire.
The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting). In the event of unfortunate weather conditions, the ceremony will be held indoors. Lets hope this doesn't happen ;)
The venue provides parking near the front doors (up the hill). There is also overflow parking downhill, so we are suggesting if someone is wearing heels and no parking is available near the door to drop off your date at the front door. You are allowed to leave your vehicles at the venue overnight. You will be responsible for getting a ride to the venue the next day to pickup your vehicle.
The shuttle will pick up guests at the Double Tree Hotel at 4:00pm and bring you to the venue. Pickup at Hampton Inn will be at 4:30pm. There will be 3 return trips which will be announced by the DJ. The first one will be 10/11pm and the other times will be 12am at closing and one final one at 12:30am for those who stayed to help us cleanup.
