4:45 pm - 9:00 pm
4:30-Pick up at Springhill Suites Marriott in town. This will be meeting spot for everyone to load the buses and depart for the mountain. The bus will wait for 10 minutes and leave no later than 4:55 PM. 9PM- Buses will begin to leave the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for return to town for drop off.
5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual Cocktail dress- Western attire encouraged! Women (suggestion)- sundress, slacks, blazer/jean jacket, sweater etc. Men (suggestion)- khakis, slacks, polo, dress shirt, quarter zip etc.
Event will be held at the top of the mountain and accessed via gondola rides. Please ensure you dress for changing temperatures. Top of the mountain is usually about 10 degrees colder than the base. Jackets or layers recommended.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
The buses will leave from the Church parking lot to transport guests to the venue

2:00 PM- Wedding ceremony of Emily and Austin at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church, located at 201 S. Jackson Street, Jackson, Wyoming 83001. The Church is close to the hotels in town, so there will be no provided transportation to the Church. 3:00-3:30 PM- Buses will begin to depart the Church following the wedding ceremony. It is an approximate 25-minute drive to the reception venue, so beverages and snacks will be provided on the buses. 10:00 PM- Buses will depart the reception for a return to town. These buses will be for those guests who do not wish to stay for the After Party. 11:30 PM- Buses will begin to depart from the After Party to return guests to town. Drop off will be at Springhill Suites Marriott. A bus will also be going to the Mountain Resort for guests staying near the mountain.

Formal Attire
Please dress accordingly for changing temperatures, the reception is outdoors. Attire suggestions for women: mid-length to long dress, (sweater or jacket for later as it may cool down). Attire suggestions for men: suits (tie optional) Buses will take guests back to town at the end of the night.
