Can we bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. Please refer to the RSVP section on the invitation to see the number of seats reserved.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
June 20, 2026 @ 11:59PM. We are required to provide our final numbers to the venue and catering the following week.

How should we RSVP?
Answer
RSVPs will only be counted on the couple’s Zola page. Please scan the QR code, and type your first and last name as it is written on the envelope. If there are any issues, please reach out to the mother of the bride.

What time should you arrive?
Answer
4:00PM. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. Please be in your seats no later than 4:25PM

Any dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We suggest a cocktail-length dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or a tailored suit and tie. We ask that all guests avoid denim/jeans and sneakers to maintain a polished look for the event.

Where can we park?
Answer
There is ample parking in the beautiful downtown area of Findlay, Ohio. For guests staying at the Findlay Inn, you can make the short 3-minute walk to Alexandria’s. For those coming from the Hilton Garden Inn, there is a public parking garage right before the entrance to Alexandria’s on East Crawford St. There is also limited street parking along East Crawford St. for those who do not want to park in the parking garage. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time.

Are there room blocks available?

Yes, we have 2 blocks available at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Findlay Inn. Please visit our Travel page to view rates, discount codes, locations, and when the block rate ends.

Is there a shuttle or any transportation provided?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. Please plan alcoholic beverage consumption accordingly.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
The couple requests that all phones are put away during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to document our special event and wish that our guests will be present and not view our ceremony through their screens.

What food will be served, and how do you share dietary needs?
Answer
Entrees: Garlic Chicken (Gluten Free) - Oven roasted chicken breast, creamy butter & garlic sauce. Roasted Pork Tenderloin (Gluten Free) - Tender roasted pork, peppercorn pan sauce Sides: Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (Gluten Free, Vegetarian) , Macaroni & Cheese (Vegetarian) Dietary needs can be shared on the RSVP. Meals can be accommodated for those who request.

The happily married couple will exit the venue at 10pm, ending the night’s festivities.
