We want to make your journey to Karachi as smooth as possible. Here you’ll find helpful details about getting there, visa requirements, accommodation options, and how to get around the city. If you have any questions along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help!

Flight

Getting to Karachi

There are no direct flights to Karachi from the US, but one-stop options are available through major hubs such as: Dubai (Emirates) Doha (Qatar Airways) Istanbul (Turkish Airlines) Abu Dhabi (Etihad Airways) We recommend booking early to secure the best fares and flight times, as this is the busiest time to travel to that part of the world.

Travel Note

Visa Information

Most international travelers will require a tourist visa, as well as an invitation letter, to enter Pakistan. Once you RSVP and confirm your attendance, we’ll provide you with the invitation letter needed for your visa application. You can apply online via the official Pakistan e-Visa portal: visa.nadra.gov.pk. We recommend applying at least 3–4 weeks before travel to allow for processing time.

Travel Note

Accommodations

We’ll be arranging a room block for our guests to make booking easier and ensure everyone stays close together — more details coming soon!

Travel Note

Transportation in Karachi

For ease and comfort, we recommend booking a private car rental with a driver during your stay. We’ll be sharing details soon about trusted companies that offer these services so you can easily arrange your own transportation. Ride-hailing apps like Careem and Uber are also available, but a private car is usually the most convenient and reliable way to get around the city.
