FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find a seat and allow us to start the ceremony promptly at 1:30pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in formal attire. For gentlemen, this typically means a suit and tie or tuxedo. For ladies, long evening gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are appropriate. Please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, or casual attire.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any allergies when you RSVP and we will relay that information to our venue. Please understand that we cannot make accommodations for our cake as it contains gluten, eggs, and dairy, and was made in a kitchen facility that uses peanut butter for other products. Our menu does contain certain elements that are Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and vegetarian and we will indicate as such on the options we provide to you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To help us keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate adult guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes an adult plus-one, they will be named when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are delighted to welcome the children who are specifically named on the invitation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional children beyond those listed.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have registries set up at Crate and Barrel, Williams-Sonoma and we have included additional items on the Registry page on our website.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at both St. John Vianney and at the Legend at Brandybrook. You are permitted to leave your car at the Legend at Brandybrook overnight if need be.
