where should I park? + does it cost money?

Answer

There is free on-site parking directly below the clubhouse upon arrival. somerset does allow for overnight on-site parking free as charge as well. please ensure if choosing to park overnight at somerset that you pick up your vehicle in a timely manner the next day out of respect for the club + their members.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to a smaller venue and guest list, out of respect for the space we ask you don't bring a plus one unless stated on your formal invitation. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the understanding!

Is there a preferred dress code?

Answer

The preferred attire is formal (black tie optional.) Men: suit + tie (we know it's summer, can be any color!) Women: floor length + tea length/midi dresses are preferred. * please take into consideration that much of the wedding will be outdoors. AC + fans will be going for reception (cocktail hour, dinner, dancing.) Our wedding is garden party themed, so we would love to see your favorite summer toned hues, + prints! *

are my kids allowed to attend?

Answer

Although we would love to have the littles at our big day, the wedding is going to be adults only.

are the ceremony + reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony + reception will both be held outdoors, weather permitting. There will be fans + AC going throughout the clubhouse that will extend to the outdoor space that will hold our cocktail hour + dinner. Dancing will be held inside the clubhouse, with the doors open. Please dress accordingly! *if inclement weather occurs, our wedding will be held indoors.*

can we request a song or song(s) to be played at the dance?

yes! we would love if you would send some song suggestions to us. Anything, + everything we will consider, + would love to have played the evening of! Please send us your suggestions!
