Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Cocktail Attire: think floral prints, summery cocktail dresses, suits in lighter hues, jackets and slacks.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy garden area. Please plan shoes accordingly. The reception will be held indoors. Both events are located on the same property- no need to change location.

Where should I park?

Answer

Please park at the Middletown Conservation Club. When arriving at Willow Acres you will see multiple signs directing you to a parking lot. The sign at the parking lot reads "Middletown Conservation Club". There will be staff members directing you to park. There will be two large golfcarts to shuttle guests to the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Something we have said from day one of this process; your families matter to us- including your kids! So, we would love to have your kids be a part of the wedding day. If this is not going to work with bed times and family needs, we totally understand. Just know, your kids are welcome and we will have some fun activities for them! Please note: Kids need to be attended to by a parent/family member throughout the entire event. This is a policy from the venue, to be sure kids are safe.
