Feel free to reach out directly to let us know. We completely understand that it’s a busy time, especially over the Labor Day holiday weekend, but we’d appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible if you won’t be able to make it.
Welcome Party (Saturday): Western wear/casual, as we’ll be heading to a country dance hall afterward! Feel free to wear something comfortable for dancing—jeans, cowboy boots + hats, and flowy dresses are encouraged. Wedding (Ceremony & Reception): cocktail For women, think knee length and longer dresses or chic jumpsuits/suits. For men, a suit or dress pants with a jacket is perfect. Please no jeans, tennis shoes or flip-flops for the ceremony and reception—we’re excited to celebrate with you in style!
The welcome party and after dancing are inside. The wedding ceremony will be inside. For the reception, we will have younger guests on an outside balcony due to the space. But it will be evening and there are fans, so it will be comfortable. If it’s too hot, we’ll provide an indoor space for guests seated outside. However, with fans, the sunset, and past weather in mind, we hope you’ll enjoy the beautiful view of the square.
Yes, there will be a name tag either in front of or attached to your chair.
Yes!!
You can do so through this website (starting in June)!
No, because of the venue we are limited in guest size. However we did our best to respect married, engaged, and long term couples - especially those who didn’t know either parties’ other guests and families.
There’s a lot of free parking around Georgetown square. No worries. Please be prepared to walk a block or two, as both venues don’t have a parking lot since they are located in the heart of downtown.
The wedding starts at 5, but please no more than 15 min early. The reception starts at 6, so please no sooner than then!
We understand you’ve traveled and spent a lot to be with us, so we’re really just glad you came :) However, if you’d like to get us something please see our registry. Thank you for supporting us!
No, but everything is located in a small downtown - including close accommodation. All events except the country dance hall are located in downtown Georgetown. The ceremony and reception are a block away.
We’re working on it and will update the website as the details come out.
Georgetown’s town square is considered the most beautiful in Texas, with charming boutiques, museums, art galleries, historic statues, restaurants, cafes, antique shops, and more. The area is safe, lively, and beautifully restored, with plenty to explore both indoors and out. For outdoor lovers, there are running trails, lakes, rivers, and hiking spots nearby. The Labor Day weekend brings additional events and sales, providing a perfect mix of activities. If you're planning to be outside, aim for early morning (before 10 AM) to beat the heat, but rest assured there are plenty of indoor attractions to keep you busy throughout the day!
