What travel documents are needed?

Answer

If you are a US citizen, you will just need your passport. If you are not a citizen, you will need your passport, Green Card (if applicable), and a tourist visa. The visa application can be found here: https://irp.cdn-website.com/677641b7/files/uploaded/visa_application_2024-25b1872a.pdf

Can we stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Yes, you can stay at a different hotel. We will need to know how many people are staying off property, so please let us know once you have it booked. Additionally, anyone staying off property will need to purchase a guest pass for the wedding day and other events.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We do not have a specific dress code. We do ask that you do not wear shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops, but anything else is fine.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

You should fly into UVF Hewanorra International Airport. There are two airports on the island, so when searching for flights make sure you search for UVF.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors.

What is included at the hotel?

Answer

The hotel is an all-inclusive resort. This includes everything from food, beverages, daily entertainment, water park and lazy river, beach activities, and non-motorized water sports. Things available for purchase include spa treatments, motorized water sports, and excursions off property.

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

There will be a Welcome Party on Friday from 6-8PM and a sunset catamaran on Saturday. Please meet in the lobby at 3:30 on Saturday for the catamaran.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

There are two sections of the resort - Splash and Harmony. Splash is family friendly, but we do not have any rooms on hold at Splash. There are only a few rooms remaining at Splash, so if you need a family friendly room, we suggest booking ASAP.
