Please meet in the lobby at 2:30pm if you plan on utilizing the shuttle to the ceremony. *Note the shuttle will only make one trip to the ceremony. For the return trip please meet outside the front of the school by 4:40pm.

To avoid $35 per day valet at Tampa Hilton's hotel please utilize the parking garage next door to the hotel. Daily rates should be no more than $12 a day.

For guests travelling back to Canada, please remember you MUST get a PCR test within 72 hours of flying. Follow the link below to make a reservation for your Rapid PCR test (results in under 1 hour). Advance reservations are REQUIRED. Each test costs $150. **Please note this specific location is CLOSED on Sundays**

The discounted room block has SOLD OUT as of January 12, 2022. The Hilton still has a handful of vacant rooms, however, due to seasonal demand, the hotel is offering all remaining rooms at their regular rate. Alternatively, a second discounted room block has been secured. Please see Tampa Airport Marriott section for details.
