Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A bus transport from Bolton Valley Ski Resort will be provided both to and from the venue. Bus pick up begins at 4:00pm. Last bus pick up is at 4:45pm. Bus drop off begins as early as 9:00pm and as late as 10:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, cocktail attire is requested please

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue location and some located across the street at Timberland Lodge. It is recommended that you park at the hotel and transport via bus

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome :) Please know that the venue has a pond, stone steps and a large crowd so keep an eye on them. Some kids activities will be set up during the reception to keep busy.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open for guest at 4PM. Please arrive no later than 5:00pm as the ceremony starts at 5:00PM
