Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle services round trip from the Best Western to the Legacy Barn. Pick up time #1: 315 PM Pick up time #2: 4:00 PM Pick up from venue #1: 10:00 PM Pick up from venue #2: 12:00 AM

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless your children's names are listed on the invitation or otherwise stated by the Bride or Groom, please leave your children with a sitter so you can have a care free night of celebrating with us!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive prior to that to avoid any disruptions. If you do not plan on attending the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour beginning at 5:00 PM, with a formal reception starting at 6:00 PM.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outside. As May weather can be unpredictable, please dress accordingly. The reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to dress in formal or semi formal attire. Please avoid any cream, ivory or whites in respect of the bride.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

If you know us, the answer is yes of course! There will be a fully stocked bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. We ask that you do not bring any of your own alcohol into the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you receive a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.
