We’re getting married!

In the age of technology dating has changed to swipe, swipe. It seemed like a myth being able to find someone you truly "matched" with. On 04/30/2017 I had ran out of likes and only had one "superlike" left. Our first message he sent me right away asking "Did you mean to super like me" I chuckled. But responded "Yes I really liked your profile". Cringe I know. The small talk continued until we decided to meet at Ihop. It was 11:30pm and I made it there before him. It was completely empty, I was the only individual in the restaurant other than 1 waiter and a chef. At this point he still had yet to arrive. I texted him and said it was really busy but I am in the back left corner with a floral shirt on. I thought I was the funniest person in the world. (Ha! I still am the funniest). He texted me back and tried to reassure me that he wasn't standing me up. Once he got there he chuckled and said “so busy I see.” This was the first time I had ever done something so spontaneous like this! I was nervous and scared but he sat down and the conversation flowed so well; no effort was given, everything just clicked - like we had known each other years. We ate and chatted for as long as we could until they kicked us out. As we walked out, he invited me over to a house he was dog sitting for. Once we got there it was kind of awkward and I shared my location with Megan(Bridesmaid) incase she didn't hear from me - where to send the cops, Safety first! Well, we spent the rest of the night trying to find a movie to watch but all we could find is Justin Bieber movies and every time we'd find a movie we kept going back jokingly to but Justin Bieber does it beat that. Needless to say we didn't watch Justin Bieber, we picked Secondhand Lion. We spent hours talking and learning so much about each other. I had never felt this connection so quickly with someone like I did with him. I left around 6am and headed back to my home. Needless to say the rest is history! Stay tuned!
