How should I RSVP?

Answer

You can click on the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. Please type the name(s) listed on your invitation. Please submit your RSVP by September 20th so we can plan accordingly! We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail RSVP back to us!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by September 20th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Emily or Travis as soon as you are aware.

Which parts of the celebration am I invited to attend?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! In order to accommodate the venue, the ceremony will be attended by a limited number of guests. Invitations will indicate attendance for each portion of the celebration. Thank you for your understanding. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone else at the reception!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For those invited to the ceremony, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Late arrivals will have to view the ceremony using binoculars from the parking lot (binoculars not provided). For those joining us for the reception, cocktail hour will begin at 5 o'clock, with the reception to follow.

Is there parking available?

Yes, the Estate has onsite parking!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in front of the estate, with indoor spaces reserved as a backup in case of inclement weather. As this is an outdoor setting, we recommend choosing footwear suitable for grass. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour and reception inside the venue's elegant interior.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

As the majority of our guests are local, we have elected not to reserve a hotel room block. However, for those traveling from out of town or wishing to stay overnight, we have linked a few nearby hotels.
