Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm so we recommend arriving by 3:30pm. Guests can start arriving the venue at 3pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at the venue and will fill up quickly. We recommend car pooling or using the shuttle provided at the hotel.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please send in your RSVP's no later than September 24, 2020 to reserve a seat in your name. You can respond by mail or use the online RSVP feature on the website.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have picked out a hotel and blocked off several rooms for our guests. Under the travel tab, you can find more information about the hotel as well a link to book your room. If you would like to stay at a different hotel, there are other hotels in Canton that would also be fairly close to the venue.

Question

What are we doing in regards to safety precautions due to COVID-19?

Answer

We understand and accept everyone's level of comfortability in social gatherings at this time. There will be precautions taken at the ceremony and reception. Guests will be asked to sign waivers upon entering the ceremony site, where masks will be provided to those who need one. Multiple bottles of hand sanitizer will be available through out the venue and guests will be asked to sanitize before entering buffet line. Tables will be dismissed to buffet line individually and the catering staff will serve the food to each guest. If these accommodations do not ease your worries, we understand if that changes your RSVP.
