Answer

All guests are required to wear a face mask and maintain six feet of physical distance while in an indoor space and when interacting with Viceroy staff and other guests. If you’d like further information on this and the Viceroy Promise of Cleanliness, please see the below page. https://www.viceroyhotelsandresorts.com/travel-information/health-safety

Question

Do you have any advice for traveling?

Answer

Driving to the event will allow you to better control your surroundings. For those who opt to fly, check out the airline's website to see what cleaning protocols they have in place. Wearing a mask and gloves, and flying at off peak hours, is advised. We flew Southwest and they are currently leaving all middle seats unoccupied to reduce capacity and maintain distance. If possible, we ask that all attendees receive a test within 72 hours before traveling and that they please follow any restrictions or guidance that may come with traveling from certain areas of the country. This can be found in the links below.
